BErserkress: Path of the sacred maidens

Hi all, a comic and quick draw inspiration resulted in this wonderful warrior woman in my portfolio, took me half a day, using PAINter9 with default brushes, i enjoyed doing this tremendously,the focus is one the character, did the BG rather quickly, hope you frens like it~ MErci!~

A brief Info on the berserkress- Trials and birth of Berserkress women
Berserkress women are picked from rough and hardy families when they were small, their rigorous and cruel training forces them to be tough,exceptional fighting women who defies the meaning of a female's physique restrictions. THe Berserkress is very different from the male counterpart, the male berserkers douse themselves in the blood of the fallen and those of the animal,undergoes rituals to put themselves into the "berserk" trance when they prepare for battle. However, the berserkress have no need for such otherworldly training, they live in the vast jungles themselves in their training hood, killing countless beings and creatures with some imparted skills from their sages. The final phase of their training would be to kill a ferocious enemy of the tribal nations- the werewolf. This not required inhuman reflexes, predator's cunning but also that of herculean strength for the werewolves of Caghal(Ca-gharl)are not to be taken lightly; they are amongst the most savage of predators and even the armed and prepared 'civilized' humans of the North fears these abominations.

Thankfully,most women undergoing this trial survive with impressive results; most possess or already over exceeded the humans' limitations of power, and usually they will adorn the heads of the werewolves as a proud sign of Triumph and honor. BErserkress arent allowed to mate, because of the religious customs she had vowed, her life is to be devoted utterly to the cause of the Wolf clan and her god of war. In any case, a woman who had undergoed the transformation into this sacred class most probably would not even let a man touch her, it is like an extra natural deadly instinct- and they had long regarded themselves not as women but as executors of their god's mantra.

Battle ablities of the BErserkress
The abilities of the berserkress are fearsome; they depict a class or rather, a hybrid of all the predatory animals combined. When Berserkress enter the battle she doesnt just enter the rage like how the male counterpart does, roaring to their enemies and endureing all the inhuman pain before they passed out. Rather, A berserkress utilizes her cautious instinct first, like a cat, followed by a most savage display of attack that is accompanied by a vocal technique which sounds like a siren-scream. This scream affects most audible beings,when they do, invoking deep fear,paralysis and even stunning the victims to the ground. Those whom are unaffected are the unlucky ones as they suffer the full feeling of being ravaged by the berserkress weapons into oblivion. Most men are stunned by the weapons BErserkress tow into combat,they not only look weird, but also look clumsy, however when the berserkress wield it with the grace and might of a hundred men they will shudder and fall back. The secret is that the weapons are specially crafted for each particular Berserkress and they are in fact the same weight as a normal broadsword. THe berserkress also posess the ability to leap from tree to tree with their springy legs,often striking down at foes' heads with accuracy.
